To Make Service System a Coordinated Process

    Shaoguan Municipality has established a Lead Group of Services Work in Coordinated Process, and formed a Service Center for Utilization of Nonnative in Coordinated Process. The former, headed by the mayor and sub-headed by the deputy mayor in charge of the foreign trade affairs, is consisted of the major leader of the functional departments, and is responsible for dealing with the problems concerned arising in the whole process of nonnative investments.     In the hall of Services Center, all of the formalities of the examination and approval are consigned to be handle, the projects be registered, the licenses & certificates be issued. The formalities of any projects shall be gone through within three days, as long as the relative information and materials required are complete and within authority

to Collect all kinds of Prescribed Fees in One Center

    The prescribed fees (administrative and institutional fees) paid by nonnative investors, who invested in industrial production projects, are collected in unison by Service Center for Utilization of Nonnative in Coordinated Process, in stead of respectively by related functional departments. The prescribed fees paid by nonnative investors, who invested in services projects, are collected by departments concerned according to related laws or stipulations,and shall be well recorded in the Fees Book,which is issued by Service Center and kept by the payer.Any discriminative or random collection of fees shall be banned.
